Plan transport around your dealership’s needs

Send the details of a dealer-to-dealer transfer, an inventory move or a customer delivery. For auction purchases, include the release status and pickup instructions so collection requirements can be reviewed before a carrier is scheduled.

We act as an auto transport broker: we help match the shipment with a carrier and coordinate the arrangements. Confirm the assigned carrier, equipment, insurance terms and estimated schedule before pickup.

What to include in a dealer transport request

  • Route: pickup and delivery ZIP codes, business names and access restrictions.
  • Vehicle list: quantity, year, make and model, plus running condition and any modifications that affect loading.
  • Release details: when the vehicles will be ready, and whether authorization or an appointment is needed.
  • Contacts: a person at each location who can release or receive the vehicles.
  • Schedule: operating hours, preferred pickup window and any customer delivery deadline.

For several vehicles, specify whether they must travel together or may be collected separately. Carrier capacity and routing determine which arrangements are available.

From quote to vehicle handover

  1. Review the requirements. Share the route, number of vehicles and release information with our team.
  2. Confirm the arrangements. Review pricing, payment and cancellation terms, carrier details and the estimated schedule.
  3. Prepare each vehicle. Have keys and release paperwork available. Record the condition of each vehicle with photos and the pickup inspection report.
  4. Coordinate receipt. Ensure an authorized person can inspect each vehicle and document its condition at delivery.

Dealer shipping questions

Can you quote more than one vehicle?

Yes. Include the complete vehicle list and both locations in your request. Ask whether the vehicles can move on one carrier or require separate arrangements; availability must be confirmed for the shipment.

What if a vehicle is not running?

Tell us before booking. Explain whether it starts, rolls, steers and brakes, and whether keys are available. Loading requirements affect carrier selection and pricing.

Can I request delivery by a particular date?

Share the deadline and receiving hours at the start. Pickup and delivery estimates depend on release readiness, carrier availability and route conditions. Confirm feasibility before promising a handover date to your buyer.

How do I get shipment updates?

Ask our team to confirm the contact method for updates when arranging the shipment. Keep pickup and receiving contacts available if the driver needs access instructions or the estimated window changes.
