Common questions
Is open car shipping the same as a driveaway service?
No. With open car shipping, your vehicle is carried on a trailer between pickup and delivery. A driveaway service involves a driver taking the vehicle itself along the route. Confirm that your quote is for carrier transport if that is the service you need; the vehicle may still need to be driven for loading and unloading.
Can I use open transport for a newly purchased car?
Open transport is an option for new and used vehicles. When choosing between open and enclosed shipping, consider weather exposure, the vehicle’s finish, modifications and loading clearance. If the seller has not released the vehicle yet, confirm its readiness before setting the pickup window.
Can a non-running vehicle travel on an open carrier?
Describe its condition before booking, including whether it rolls, steers and brakes. Suitable loading equipment and access must be confirmed; do not book it as a running vehicle.
Is delivery available directly to my address?
Share the exact address and any narrow roads, low branches, gates or parking restrictions. Collection and delivery locations depend on safe, permitted truck access.
